With all the All-Star activities going on, here’s how the draft schedule will go and a few things you should know, including bonus pool money and slot value for the first 10 picks.Â
- Sunday, July 14: Detroit selects in the first round, pick 11. In the second round, Detroit selects at 49 then in the competitive round b phrase, they will have the 72nd pick.Â
- Monday, July 15: Rounds 3-10.Â
- Tuesday, July 16: Rounds 11-20.Â

Where to watch the MLB Draft:
Sunday, July 14: Starting at 6pm, the MLB Network will have a preview starting at 6pm EST.. If you have MLB.TV, or can access the MLB app or MLB.com, you can find it there. Then, starting at 7pm, the draft kicks off on the same sources or if you want to watch it on ESPN, they will be airing the first round. Day 2 and Day 3 will be found on MLB.com, starting at 2pm.
